Folklore and Fairytales is our flagship semi-sweet sparkling mead. Wisconsin is world famous for its honey and this semi-sweet bouquet provides an incredible way to experience the myriad of flavor that each busy bee pulled from a true wildflower prairie. All those bursting bright colors and notes of goldenrod, pasque, coneflower, phlox, compass, prairie dock, and more enrich the intricate tastes of this semi-sweet nectar. It drinks pleasantly smooth and will leave you thirsting for more!

Sparkling Lavender Bee’s Knees
- 2 oz gin
- ½ oz Lavender simple syrup
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz Folklore and Fairytales
- Ice
- Lemon peel or lavender sprig (optional as garnish)
Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a shaker filled with ice. Reminisce over your favorite childhood story whilst shaking. Pour Folklore and Fairytales into the shaker and stir briefly. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel and/or lavender sprig.
